LIMS system for genotyping lab

Dear all,
I have posted some messages to the 'auroseq' group concerning a
high-throughput SNP analysis lab we are building up. We will need a LIMS
system to take care of the sample tracking, and I was wondering if anyone
have good suggestions about which software would be the best one for this
purpose. We will mostly do SNP typing, but also sequencing and some
microsatellites. We will have a high-thorughput pipetting robot for PCR
setup, a capillary sequencer and a dedicated SNP platform.

We have been looking at the following softwares; SQL-GT, LWS and Nautilus.
Are there any other LIMS systems that would be suitable for a lab like ours,
and what opinion do you have about the ones I mentioned?

All help is appreciated.

Best regards,
Ulf
