Looking for 16s or 18s rRNA database

Hello all -

I'm looking for a database or source to get 16s or 18s rRNA sequences
without having to extract them through NCBI. While NCBI is a good
source of information, if I enter something like
"16s Staphylcoccus aureus" I get 80 hits. For other species I'm
getting a lot of partial sequences or finding a lot of updates and
having to trace the most recent one.

My goal is to have some rRNA sequences to make species trees, so I
guess it doesn't have to be 16s or 18s, but an rRNA database would be
wonderful if anyone knows of one.

Thank you.
