ANN: Reference database and bibliography tool for DocBook SGML/XML

RefDB is a reference database and bibliography tool for DocBook SGML
and XML documents. This is an attempt to provide most of the
functionality of commercial packages like Reference Manager or EndNote
in a platform-independent tool, targeting DocBook rather than word
processors.

RefDB is in alpha stage and clearly has its warts and pimples. This
first public release should be seen as a proof of concept rather than
as a finished product.

RefDB has been released under the GNU Public License. For further
