Dear all,
I wonder if anyone has compiled Jotun Hein's TreeAlign on Linux? I'm not
too familiar with C, and can't understand what goes wrong. Either it
complains about segmentation fault, or it eats all the memory and
crashes.
If you have succeeded to compile it, please, could you send me the
source/makefile or explain how to do it. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I run a standard SuSe 7.1 on P3 with 256MB.
