Wanted: Primer Design Software

Dear All

I'm looking for primer design software.

The programm should include the following features:
- creating Primers for PCR, TaqMan Probes, .... (I know that there are a
lot, but ...)
- possibility to find specific primer-pairs and probes (e.g. only for
16S rDNA of Genus Lactobacillus) (THATS the thing I'm really looking
for)
- using a list of already available primers and probes
- inlcusion of databases like embl, genbank, ... for the search

I would appreciate any suggestions.
