If you want fairly recent source code I think you have to
download the whole NCBI toolbox. I have compiled this
successfully; make sure you read the README and choose the
right make file. Actually, there probably isn't a make file
for alpha/linux, but maybe another linux would work.
I imagine if you ask Warren Gish at WuStL (for Wu-Blast) or
someone at NCBI, they'd make an executable for you.
