I am investigating using BLAST2 (blastpgp) effectively on a linux
cluster based in PVM. Does anyone have any ideas, or pointers. I have
done an exhaustive search of the net and uncovered nothing useful. I
have also delved into the code and understand why this is a difficult
task - but I am open to suggestions.
