looking for database of low complexity DNA sequences

Hi,

I'm trying to compare the upstream sequences of open reading frames from
the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome. I would like to mask out the low
complexity regions but have had a bit of trouble finding a list of
sequences that are considered to have low complexity. The various BLAST
incarnations seem to use a program caled 'Dust' to mask out these
regions but don't provide an obvious link to a download page for it.

Does anyone know of a relevant database and/or somewhere to download
'Dust' from?

Cheers
