THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR CPM 2001 IS JANUARY 29, 2001

The organizers are aware of the middle east situation. We will make
sure that the safety of the conference participants is in no way
compromised. The current conference venue is in the western entrance
to Jerusalem, which is a safe place. However, we are monitoring events
and have back-up locations both in Israel and out of Israel, where
the conference can take place if necessary.
We are, of course, hoping that these plans will not be implemented and
the conference participants will be able to enjoy a unique experience
in the most wonderful and magical city in the world.
