HI all
I was seeing through the NDB files which though supposed to be in PDB
format, seems not to be complying completely with them. The COMPND
element expected to be mandatory as per PDB documentation, is absent
in NDB files in the few files I checked. I was wondering whether it is
just few of them or the field is not relevant/missing/any other
reason.
