Hi:
An old version of pDRAW32, now called "PlasmidPlotter", is available for
download as freeware at the bottom of the download pages of the pDRAW32
homepages
http://www.geocities.com/acaclonehttp://www.crosswinds.net/~acaclone
It draws plasmid maps based on user input. As opposed to pDRAW32 it is not
dependent on the DNA sequence.
Best regards

I am looking for a software for plamsid construction project. I want the
software to draw plasmid map with annotated genes, restriction enzymes, to
determine cloning sites and gel sizes and so on. I know that there is
VectorNT, gene cosntruction kit2 are available. Any suggestion about the
softwares and other software are appreciated.
