Hello,
I'm looking for a suitable piece of software that I can enter my human
coding sequence into and it will give me an idea of the possible
expression level in humans by using a codon bias table and a suitable
mathmatical formula. I've managed to find several programs for E.coli
and yeast (e.g. Codon W) but nothing for humans.
