Title: Software Program Manager
Location: North Chicago Suburb
Compensation: Salaried $70-85,000, Bonus Eligible (about 8%); excellent
standard benefits; relocation assistance is offered by client
Our client is a global leader in clinical information systems and instrumentation
used in many facets of patient care, patient management and clinical
data management.
This professional will provide a strategic management approach to a lead
cross-functional team working on state-of-the-art PC based clinical information
systems and instrumentation. You will drive project-planning effort with
R&D, Marketing, R&QE, and other functions groups to identify requirements,
resources, spending, and scheduling technical risks. You will track deliverables,
and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve or exceed time
to market goals.
This position will reside in corporate research but will provide consulting
resources to multiple divisions.
This position requires 5+ years experience in planning and tracking complex
software development programs. Strong communications skills with matrix
experience required. Experience in the evaluation, and use of various
technical program management techniques available. Job requires ability
to work well with all levels of management and all functions with strong
interpersonal and presentation skills.
