Hi people
I have to analyze the activity of the GUS- gene in shot gun callus. So I
need a free (and whenever possible, good) software able to quantify the blue
signal of beta glucoronidase.This applicaton has to be able to quantify this
signal both by colour intensity and area, e.g. making an integral function
of the area of an hypothetical graph with surface and blue grading on the
axis.
