Printing is indeed one of our weak points. At present we just do window dumps
using any of the various free programs out there (being a Unix geek I use xv).
The template display (I assume this is what you mean by contig view) gets
cluttered very quickly with lots of data unless you zoom up considerably. We
could perhaps add zoom-specific information so that when there's room the
names are added. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll put it on the list of things
to do (don't hold your breath though - it's a long list).
Note that pointing the mouse cursor over a line with update the status line at
the bottom of the window (this shows name, length, etc.)
On a different note, some people are having problems with broken web links.
This is probably due to using one of the mirror sites as we've moved things
around a bit in the ftp area. For now I'd recommend people to use the master
site at mrc-lmb. Hopefully the mirror sites will update themselves in a day or
two (although they're not under our direct control so we cannot take
responsibility for this).
