Could someone with more experience from the statistics of blast-searches
etc. tell me the likely reason for the following error when running
wu-blast 2.0a blastn:
Exitcode 23
Warning : the maximum achieveable score of 5373 in context 2 (frame 1)
is less than the cutoff score of 82.
Fatal: There are no valid contexts in the requested search.
Any explanations/suggestions would be welcome, I am running genome level
comparisons using blast and a fair amount of these are popping up, so I
am somewhat concerned.
