I have tried to obtain the data management software MONARCH V3 from
DATAWATCH and have been told that they have stopped shipping the V3 in 1999.
The V3 carries the advantage of being 386-capable as opposed to the newer
version 5.0 which requires a Pentium processor. I appreciate any information
on how to obtain the V3.
