Update: New tree manipulation program.

New version of this program is now available. Fixes many bugs
and adds various new features. Generally more stable. Better
editing of branch lengths/ node heights and various ways of
transforming branch lengths (including Mike Sanderson's 
non-parametric rates smoothing).
