I am looking for a web site where it would be possible to do the same
type of analysis that does findpatterns (GCG). In other words, I would
like to give a pattern (ex: GAT(TG){,2}) and a databank (genbank) as a
target. The program would allow mismatches (at the user requested) and
returned all the sequences that contain the pattern.
Findpatterns is a very good program but it need to have the databanks
installed locally.
