Excuse my ignorance but does anyone have a pointer to a
writeup on the new output formats provided by the online
Web Blast service at NCBI. It's not clear to me at all
what it's based on and the link for information on this
on the Blast page points to a document that also
doesn't have any information as far as I can see.
