convert sequence from genbank to gcg

$ FROMGENBANK file.txt

CHOPUP does nothing useful here since Genbank files are already nicely
formatted.  But if you feed a Genbank file to REFORMAT it assumes its
looking at a GCG file, scans until it hits the first "..", and then tries
to format everything after that as sequence.
