Hi,
A serious bug introduced in version 3.12 of AnnHyb and also present in
version 3.13 has been fixed.
The oligonucleotide visualization on retrieved sequence was NOT
correct. Only the position data (in the Oligo found window) were
right.
This problem is not more present in version 3.14 of AnnHyb. I
apologize for the inconvenient.
Some improvements were made also:
- Added status bar
- PCR data with primers with mismatches are now correctly
calculated
- PCR data can be printed (the PCR data is not more refresh so
you can see all your previous studies)
- Added "Clear" button to clear the Forward and Reverse
windows in PCR data tab
