A while back I developed some utilities for batch feeding PKM and PKT
from a mass spec. into MS-Fit and PeptIdent. The result is a nicely
formated tab delimited report. This allows a person to simply run the
software on a bunch of PKM or PKT and go home for the evening instead of
having to struggle with the web interfaces and most of all wait for the
results before the next file can be sent.

A small description and the source to the software (called simply mass
spec utils or msu for short) is at:

    http://dsl.75.202.networkiowa.com/~kent/Software/index.html#msu

I can build DOS and Linux binaries if people need them.

The people that I developed msu for find it very useful and time saving.
I hope that others can also benefit from it and welcome feedback.
