Yes, we bumped to 1.0.0 but haven't announced officially yet.
We just want to make a few cosmetic changes and then we'll
split into a stable and development branch with appropriate
files on the ftp server and a suitable cvs branch.
2.0.0 will probably be the version released when we're happy
with the feature table handling (although a lot of that code
is in there now.) The second numbers will reflect new programs
or library functionality change.. the minor numbers will be,
well, minor changes.
Just a little more to document before the official announcement.
