There is information and a link to ClustalX downloads at
http://www-igbmc.u-strasbg.fr/BioInfo/ClustalX/Top.html
BioEdit is also very good for alignments, analysis and about a thousand
other things.

And GeneDoc is a pretty good viewer/editor, as stated above.
