We are pleased to announce the release of the version 1.0 of DNA_MAP.
DNA Expression Arrays (DNA arrays) are glass/nylon-membrane based cDNA
arrays for broad-scale expression profiling.
DNA_MAP is a compiler of VRML worlds devoted to the analysis and
publication on the World Wide Web of data generated
using commercial and custom made DNA arrays. DNA_MAP can elaborate raw data
generated by phosphor-imager to produce a VRML world where transcription
profiles and relationship between differentially expressed genes are
graphically displayed in 3D.
