Hi,
Is it possible to compile GeneHunter-2 on Linux platform.
ftp://genome.wi.mit.edu/pub/software/gh2/
Linux Slackware-4.0 with libc-5 libraries.
I get an error messages:
In file included from src/ghmain.c:17:
src/npl.h:244: `pow2' redeclared as different kind of symbol
/usr/include/math.h:218: previous declaration of `pow2'
make: *** [src/ghmain.o] Error 1
Is glibc2 libraries required?
