I am interested in trying to predict the secondary structure of RNA
sequences. I am aware of the mfold program by M.Zucker, however am
looking for a PC based program that I may be able to use at home. Are
there any programs that anyone would recommend? I have found a program
called RNAdraw, however the links appear to be outdated and am unable to
contact the author. Any help in locating this or anyother related
software would be greatly appreciated.
