Have a look at

    ftp://ftp.nhgri.nih.gov/pub/software/webblast/mac/

The Sequence uploader is part of the NHGRI WebBLAST package but can
be used as an independant module. For more information on WebBLAST see

    http://genome.nhgri.nih.gov/webblast/

Good Luck,

Joe
