At any SRS server, there is a "databanks" link near the top
of the front page (that is any version 5 server - version 6 may
differ, I haven't gotten much past its fancy picture...).
That databanks link will give you list of available databanks,
and info about each at that particular server.
At some SRS servers, there is a "DATABANKS" databank, which you
can query like other srs databanks, for further info about all
public SRS servers and the databanks they contain. One case is
the home server: http://srs.ebi.ac.uk/
