NCBI BLAST 2.0.9 linux libc5 threaded executables

I have made threaded libc5 executables of NCBI BLAST 2.0.9,
compiled from the May 10, 1999 distribution of the NCBI toolbox
available for FTP from the following URL:
ftp://ebv.oncology.wisc.edu/pub/biology/ncbi/ncbi-linux-blast.readme
ftp://ebv.oncology.wisc.edu/pub/biology/ncbi/ncbi-linux-blast.tar.gz

Executables are linked statically against the NCBI toolbox libraries,
and dynamically against libc, libm and libpthread (included in the
tarball), and were c compiled using the EGCS 1.1 compiler with 
pentium optimizations.
