Parsing BLAST output

There are Perl parsers from bio.perl.org, and I recall Wayne
Parrott <wayne at workingobjects.com> saying they have a Java parser
from WorkingObjects.com. [Checking URL...]  Yep, they do, but
I've never tried it.
