The Version 6.2 of www2gcg is now available ( for GCG 10 only) , there
are many improvments:
- PC sequences files are transparently send and translated in GCG format
to www2gcg.
- Data banks for fasta, blast ... are looked for by www2gcg in your GCG
instance.
- You have the choice:
to use the selector to get a sequence in a list file
or to enter yourself the name of any sequence.
- a lot of bugs repeared.
- some new bugs gracefully incorporated ( it's supposed not to be the
case, but www2gcg beeing a human work...)
