I have the following problem:
I am looking for a program that suggests possible oligo probes (or PCR
primers) for a given DNA sequence. The special thing is that the program
should allow batch input so that it can work through a big number of
target sequences automatically. I think that the primer program in the
GCG package should be able to perform this task, but I would prefer to
do the job on a Mac or PC. Do you have any suggestions?
