Treetool has 2 problems : Xview libraries and support for
8 bits displays only. You'd better use njplot. njplot can be found as
a debian package from :
http://www.pasteur.fr/units/sis/debian/biology.html
And probably as RPM packages from :
http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/Applications_Bioinformatics.html
