Need software to find ORFS, GC content, codon usage

I'm looking for some small, simple programs to do the following:

1.  scan a large bacterial sequence contig for putative ORFs
2.  determine GC content of the above contig
3.  determine codon usage in the above ORFs

I'd prefer freeware/shareware; Mac or Unix/Linux.  Can anyone point me in
the right direction?
