For anyone who might be interested, I have patched NCBI's www_blast
server so that it compiles and runs under Linux.
The patched source is available from http://aiyar.cjb.net
You need the NCBI toolkit libraries to compile the www_blast server.
If you cannot compile them, you can download compiled NCBI toolkit
libraries and header files from the same URL.
