Hi! I am using an HP flat bed scanner to scan autographic film for later
image analysis. The ScanJet 3c is manual-less and from what I have been
able to glean from HP's extensive website is that for such an application a
transparency adapter should be used when scanning film rather than paper.
Anyone have experience with this? What difference would an adapter make to
the image/digitized info? Ultimately I am interested in intensity
differences among the array of dot images on the film.
Thanks for any input-
