There are several softwares for DNA sequence analysis...
MacDNAsis by Hitachi software...
MacVector by Oxford...
Sequencher...
MacStar...
I don't know exact www addresses but you can find them in apple software
sites...
and in my opinion...
after you try demo versions... you'd better choose one...
Interface is MacDNAsis is better than others but in function MacVector
and MacStar is better...
