Genamics SoftwareSeek indexes well over 1100 freely-distributable and commercial
titles. Classifications include DNA sequence analysis, protein structure
analysis, RNA structure prediction, molecular modeling, image analysis, and
sequence alignment. All major platforms are supported, including, Windows,
Macintosh, Unix, and Linux. Over 250 online tools and resources that run
directly through your internet browser are also listed.
To make additions and modifications to our resources even easier, we've
introduced the Genamics Open Resource Project. The Project allows users to add
and modify the SoftwareSeek database in real-time. That is, changes made are
reflected immediately. This makes minor additions and alterations more
accessible, and will ultimately keep the resources more accurate and up-to-date.
Of course, all submissions are still checked by our editors to ensure that the
resources don't get polluted with inappropriate information. To read more about
