Hi,
I am Genhua Yue. Currently I have genotyped 172 fish indivuals at 9
microsatellites.
Now I want to analysis the genetic relationship among individusal based
the genotyes obtained. I know this can be done manually. But it is much
time consuming. Can someone suggest me some softwares which are suitable
for this purpose.
