Hi all: The numbers in the PAM250 matrix were multipled by 10. I am wondering whether the numbers in the other PAM matrices e.g. PAM120 were also multipled by 10 or other factors. Can we compare the log odd ratios for any pair of amino acids across different PAM matrices or different BLOSUM matrices. Thanks. Brian
