Hi. I am looking for different software packages that are
capable of doing threading. There are two classes of packages
that I am really looking for. The first type is the form of
threading often used, which looks at each of the residue types.
The other type that I am searching for, and have not found any
pointers to, is HP-threading. I.e. threading that considers
only if the residue is hydrophobic or hydrophilic.
Preferably the software would be available in source code format
or at least runnel from the command line (has a non-gui mode). Since
I would like to integrate it with another package and run a sequence
of tests.
