Reference Manager is one of the leading citation manager programs for the
Windows platform. It supports the import of MEDLINE data, but there are
some difficulties with this. I wrote a small utility which simplifies and
streamlines the import of MEDLINE data into Reference Manager. The utility
runs under Win31/Win311, Win95, WinNT4 and supports Reference Manager v.
6/7/8. The current version is 2.12 which fixes a few problems with
references downloaded by Netscape Navigator. Documentation is available in
both HTML and Postscript format.
