I have developped a free little software (for Windows 95 with a very simple
user interface) that is able to calculate various DNA sequence (degenerated
or not) parameters:
Melting temperature (nearest neighbors algorihtm)
Molar extinction coefficient
Molecular weight
Reverted and complemented sequence
IUPAC sequence
