Does anyone have software to manage the results of large numbers of
sequence database searches? We've been using HTML Tables but are
looking for a better way to integrate the query sequences, literature
references, search results, biochemical data. The idea is to be able to
manage about 200 Kb DNA and 200 protein sequences and allow easy
updating of search results and input of information about any of the
sequences. Is ACEdb an overkill for this type of project?
