Hello Everybody
I am analyzing some amino acid sequences of the nuclear receptors which
have several domains. I used ClustalW program to align them. Now, I want
to find some programs which can compare the identities and similaries of
domains in my receptors to those in other related receptors. Does anyone
have some suggestions? Can I find some sites in WWW?
