Hi;
I am about to embark on creating a database of small peptides, with
a view to be able to easily add sequences, search the database
(presumably using FASTA/FindPatterns etc.) and set up
some kind of database self-comparison. I plan to go through
the GCG route for doing this, but I was wondering whether
anyone knows of a similar setup elsewhere or might have
any comments before I start.
