LABMAINT is a maintenance organizer designed for clinical chemistry
laboratories, but it can also be used by technical departments in
various companies.
LABMAINT creates, for every day , a work-list for the maintenance
actions. It takes into account what is planned, what is late and the
days of rest. Each morning the personnel in each section gets a
listing for his daily work of maintenance. When done, the maintenance
actions are registered with the name of the operator and a possible
comment. With LABMAINT nothing is forgotten. A complete history of
maintenance, sorted by dates or instruments, is permanently available.
The senior staff is always aware of what is to be done, what has been
done , who did it and when. LABMAINT is a means of compliance with the
rules of tracability for the maintenance in a laboratory. Non-periodic
service actions (engineer visits, setup of new versions...) can be
also individually archived.
For automatic analysers with complex maintenance schedules, the
tedious entry of the list of the maintenance actions can be avoided
thanks to exchangeable maintenance libraries created according to the
specifications of manufacturers.
