The latest version I know of is dated Apr 94. A slightly enhanced variant
is included in the form of C++ source and selected binaries in the SEALS
distribution ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Walker/SEALS ). Grab the tarball
and look in the directory install/coils2.
The C++ version is a translation from Pascal; I have the original source
around somewhere if you want it.
